hey i 'll make a small donation when i get this van running , it's got me a little strapped right now . she is a 1995 caravan , 197000 +miles . been a good ride until now . my girlfriend uses it for her job , and puts aroud 2500 a week on it . it's been 100 or near to it , for around 20 days now , heat may have done her in ? tranny went out first , rebuilt that for about a grand . a week and a half later it quits running at about 70 miles per hour . i mean shuts down . coast over to the side and recrank it ,to no avail . turn the ignition all the way off and back to crank and she fires up and runs like a stripped ape for about 10 more miles , etc. my galis getting pretty upset around now! i go to an unamed part store and ask for HELP and get a best guess answer , two choices , computer or mag pick up or control module or what ever . the later a c note , the first choice a right smart more , and that was of course probably not it !! so i put in the thingy and me and the little woman go for pizza . runs like the ape again , come home ,put her to bed and the next morning , you guessed it . starts ,dies , starts , dies, a few times , guess who is upset again . so i roll her down the drive into the yard . give the woman my truck and wished her well . i really would like to know what happened to the caravan and when i regrow my arm and leg , maybe i can fix it , and if there is any left overs , i can send you a tenner? oh i almost forgot , there is no voltage going to the ignition coil . thanks and have a good one !
