Question: 1999 Dodge Caravan 3.0 mileage 113,000.
The radiator fans are not working properly. I have
replaced the coolant temperatue sensor and radiator
fan relay switch. The only way the fans will run is if
I disconnect the electrical connector from the coolant
temperature sensor while the engine is running. I'm
getting a voltage reading of 5.5 at the sensor along
with a ground. Is the problem in the powertrain control module or someplace else. Thanks!
