93 Dodge Grand Caravan with 240000 miles

My van is not burning all of the gas. there is gas coming out of my exhuast as well as smoke. It is not burning oil though. It has had alll scheduled maintinence. Any ideal on what could be causing this?

this is a long shot,but you might acually have a blown head gasket.

Could be the Oxygen sensor. My '92 Grand Caravan was blowing black soot from the exhaust and getting poor milage. After replacing the sensor the symptoms disappeared.
