2006 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Automatic 91000 miles

Recently bought a 2006 Dodge Caravan(2 weeks ago) and noticed that when I turn on the car and move it from one side of the street to another(alternate parking rules) and then shut it off, I find a little bit of water on the ground. I looked under the car and found a little bit of water dripping from the muffler. I never turned on the a/c since I bought it. Just wondering if its a problem thats starting or its just normal for it to do. I also hear a little bubbley and water flowing sound in the dashboard when I first turn on the car. It runs great but worried about the water. I see it coming directly from the muffler and not from the tail pipe or anywhere else(dripping very little like a slow leaking faucet). Once the car is turned off and sitting for a while, the leaking eventually stops. Would appreciate some advice on if its normal or not.
