my car is having trouble shifting at low rpms. It will chatter in between gears unless I increase the rpms.

IS the fluid full?

Has it been changed at all, ( not that it needed it, it shouldn't at that mileage.). IF the wrong fluid was used on a change it could have problems.

Are there any warning lights on the dash cluster lit?

IF all above is okay, I would next recommend that the transmission codes are checked in the BCM.

If any, post them. If not, then check to see if you have the latest and greatest Software update done.
