First time getting into the rear brake pads... wondering:
1) what bolt secures the calipers? It is hidden under a boot and looks like it must be an allen screw? Or something?
2) How to disconnect the E-brake cable? Just yank it back real hard? Do I need to?
3) What tool is required to reset the calipers before re-assembly?

Zackman, thanks! Your pictures are very appreciated. However... Now the caliper is off, the dead pads are removed, and there does not seem to be any way shape or form that the caliper compression tool interfaces with the caliper :-/ I've included a photo that shows the caliper tool and the smooth, round, featureless caliper face. I expected the caliper face to have holes of some kind to match the protrusions of the tool...

Is there a secret to using the caliper tool? Or should I just put a c-clamp on the caliper and squeeze it straight back?

You have the new style rear caliper with external parking brake shoes. Just use a C-clamp and push the piston back in. Return the little tool back to the store.

All done. Thanks for your help, Zackman! I've made a small donation -- I hope you get it.
