2005 Dodge Caravan EGR valve engine light

I have cleaned the EGR valve and the light stayed off for a few miles. Stopped to check why the light was eluminated, and it was the EGR vlave system. Kind of vague. I have read that it is rarely the EGR vlave, but other components. The one I would like to check is the voltage to the solinoid and how to repair that problem.

if you have your meter or test light, let me know. It may require an scanner also because of a reset feature, necessary sometimes to clear the memory. ok
