2004 Dodge Caravan car shaking

My 2004 dodge caravan began shaking at low speeds, moderate shaking at first, now more severe. At speeds of 15mph to 55mph the car and the steering wheel shakes. Once I hit highway speeds the shaking goes away. What do you think it could be.

Hi, The FirstThing I'd Do Is Check All Four Tires For Balance And Proper Tire Pressure , I'd Put 32 PSI In All Tires , And Checked On A Balancer Machine For Proper Balance , And Look Clostly For Shifted Belts In The Tires . Spin Them Slowly And Look Carefully At The tread Of The tire That The Tread Is Straight All The way Around . Also look At The Rims To See If They Are bent too.
