We have been having braking issues. No warning lights have come on, but we had to put the brake to the floor to stop car. Car mechanics stated there was air in the lines, bled them & that helped for about 2 weeks & then you had to put the brake pedal to the floor again to stop. Put back in the garage, they replace the line to the drivers side front tire, & replaced the master cylinder, & bled the brakes. Again good for about 2 weeks & back to the same problem. Brought to another garage, he replaced caliper on drivers side, still no better. Now he will try replacing the master cylinder again(it was a remanufactured one), to see if that helps. Back in Aug. of 2009 we had the brake lights come on & needed a rear brake line replace due to a leak. In Feb. 2009, we had the line to the passengers tire close up & had rotor, caliper & pad replaced on passengers side. May 2008 we had a complete front brake job done. What is wrong with these brakes!!! Mechanic said if not the master cylinder, it could be the ABS pump.

Did they replace the rubber brake lines? Check if they are expanding when you hit the brakes.
