What does thiscode mean? and our van will not start now. All my husband did was switch a fuse from the door lock to the washer. He did turn on and shut off the van about three or four times. Wouldhe need to reset the computer. or what is the problem, why won't our van start.

DTC P1684 indicates that the battery was disconnected

this code may also come on if the fused B+ circuit to TCM is open. most likely there has been a fuse removed that is needed, or a fuse has blown that is needed for the vehicle to start. check over all the fuses.
