2002 Dodge Caravan Touble code: P0455--EVAP leaking

Engine light on, trouble code: P0455:

EVAP large leak detected. There are 4 possible problem:
1. Defective fuel cap.( I change a new one already).
2. EVAP canister broke, hose craked( How can I find the craked hose?)
3. vent solenoid defective( How can I find it?)
4. Vacum leak at eigine( How can I find vaccum leak? Where are the engine vaccum hose located? I'll like to check these vaccum hoses first.)

I'll appreciate you can answer above 4 questions!
