I GOT NEW ROTORS. I HAVE THE REAR CALIPERS OFF. THE E-BRAKE DISCONNECTED, BUT INSIDE SOMETHING THAT SEEMS LIKE A PAD IS GRABBING IT LIKE A DRUM BRAKE WOULD. DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?
