Brakes problem
2002 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

while driving my brake light came on and went off again. My van started hesitating when I applied the brakes then there would be a loud thumping noise from the back end and the van would jump forward. I started hearing a grinding noise from the back right last night and just now when I was going to take it to a service garage it won't move. When I put it in forward or reverse it just seems to rock a lttle but won't go back or forward - could this be the brakes seized up or maybe transmiission problems? There was a burning smell from the back right tire last night also.
