2002 Dodge Caravan clicking noise

had a complete brake job done. New pads roters turned and now there is a clicking noise in the right rear wheel when brakes are applied.Mechanic is baffeled.Can anyone help? thanks.

Hi Check to see if auto adjuster is on correctly and tenision clip is installed.

Further to what Docfixit has mentioned.

Inverted installation of the shoes springs would cause the hub to brush against them to emit clicking noise when brakes are applied.

All Caravans have drum brakes only Grand or Town and country have disc what model ?

Possible causes adapter abutments not lubed, left and right outboare pads different they are marked and damaged or worn guide pin bushings. Hope this helps

Could check rotor for true but no pedal pulse on braking? Check torque on wheel lugs 100 ft.lbs.
