2001 Dodge Caravan Whining engine noise on passenger side

When driving the engine makes a whining noise. It is connected to the engine speed. This noise is intermittent, it appears as it is worse when the engine is cold. It don't appear to be coming from the transmission. The whining sound don't appear to be worse when turning.

Anybody, any ideas

that is gonna be a belt or a pulley, but it has to be inspected to be determined what it is
