It looks like the oil pan gasket has given out right where the bottom pully goes into it.

HI there,
I feel that it will actually be the front crankshaft seal and the pulley, wash it down and inspect after a short drive, if there is oil flung around the back off the pulley that will be your problem i feel.

The data base advises just the basics, it looks as if the harmonic balancer puller is just a standard version, time wise i would say a good 2 hrs for a home mechanic as long as the pulley comes off easily. replace the seal and the pulley as a set as the seal surface on the old pulley will be grooved.
