My van had its first transmission leak around 34000 miles and the dealer replaced the transmission solenoid assembly and it seamed to fix the problem.
at 75000 miles it started to leak again from the same area. I replaced the solenoid pack gasket and it still continued to leak. I replaced it again recently and this time I used a small amount of silcone gasket sealant on both sides of the new gasket but it still continues to leak. Any suggestions?

NO silicone should be used at all in the solenoid gasket area
check clamps on the cooler hose above the solenoid pack
