This is a very odd problem which I can't seem to solve easily. When the temperature outside gets in the 90's the internal temp of the car get pretty hot.

When I turn the car on after it's gotten pretty hot in the sun three devices do not work. The window switches (both driver and passenger side), the windshield wipers and the radio (clock doesn't work either). It's as if all power to those three devices is gone. Other things work however such as the fan blower, internal lights, headlights and signals, horn.

I have checked all the fuses and relays with my auto mechanic buddy and none seem to be obviously dead or blown. This has been happening for over a year now. Recently we took off the dash completely to the firewall to replace the evaporator and blower for the A/C. While the dash was off we checked all the wiring by sight and feel and none seemed melted or cut or pinched. No obvious shorts that we can tell. In fact after I fixed my A/C it stopped happening. Recently my A/C has been having issues again and it's starting again.

Is there something connected between an A/C issue and this strange electrical issue that would be solved when the A/C is working properly? Perhaps a series of switches, relays or wires near the A/C coolant line that regulates temperature?

Me and my mechanic buddies are stumped.

Scan for B codes, the BCM(body control module) controls your defective electrical components, and it might start working again when cooled sufficiently.
