I have a 99 dodge caravan sport 3.8li and I am getting a loud vibration noise in the rear end while driving. It sounds like I am in an airplane going down the runway. I replaced both rear tires and got them balanced properly hoping that this was the problem. The noise and vibration is getting louder and I would really hate to put more money into the van. Since March 2008 I put in new struts and mounts, tire rod ends, linkage, 2 front tires, brakes and rotors and replaced 3 out of the 4 cables for the emergency brakes. Any thoughts on this vibration would be appreciated.

Hi:
If it isn't tire balance, you must have a bent rim or a bad wheel bearing.

Do you hear the noise at a specific speed, or all of the time? Does it get louder when you turn left or right? Does it only vibrate when you use the brakes?

Let me know so I can better help you.
