1999 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 95K miles

I need to replace the roller on the bottom bracket of the sliding door of my 99 caravan. It has flattened on one side of the roller so it won't roll. Do I need to replace the entire bracket or just the roller? Do they sell them at auto parts stores or do I need to go to the dealer?
