I hope its just a plug leaking. You'll need to remove components, especially the air filter housing. There halfway down the engine block and round. There not always easy to replace. The best thing to do is get under the van and see which one is leaking. Just one is all that needs to be done. Because one leaks it does not mean they all must be replaced. If you never did one, I would not attempt it without a hoist. I don't know why they are called freeze out plugs. Except that it seems like they always start leaking in winter. There used in manufacturing the engine. It is for releasing the sand or material that is left after pouring the molds for a brand new block. There casting plugs.
If your not familiar with them or how to replace one, have it done by a repair shop. Even an easy one needs the right tools and experience. Its usually the access that makes them difficult depending on your engines size. Their round like a silver dollar. It may be the head or block also. There is a special tool made for installing them. I don't think you'll see which one is bad from on top, you may use a mirror and light. OK
