The cig. lighter (accessory) plug is not operational. I checked the fuse box and there isn't one with that designation, and in fact, I checked them all, and they all look patent. Am I looking in the right area? Are there other common reasons for the plug not to work? Any suggestions? Thanks

Wanda, do other power outlets work? The aux one runs on the same circuit, so if others work and it doesn't, you will need to start checking for power at the outlet and follow it until you find where is starts working again.

Neither outlet for the cigarette lighters work. There is one at the dash and one in the back area of the van. Neither work. Is there a fuse? If so, where?

I don't have access to an owner's manual, but the cigg lighter will be listed with other items in the vehicle.

the fuse for the cig lighter is in the fuse box on under the hood by the battery. It is marked with a bunch of letters and the word ing it is a 20 amp fuse I went to a dealer and he showed me. hope it helps
