Electrical problem
1998 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

vehicle has LED odometer and gear indicator. key on these do not illuminate. start the vehicle, runs for 10 seconds and turns off. you must turn the key off and then back on in order to engage the starter again and repeat above.
the vehicle has been locked and unlocked with factory black key as well as the keyless remote. all relays are functional and no fuses are blown. battery has been tested and is good.
we attempted to start the vehicle while connected to a second vehicle with jumper cables and this does not help
