1998 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
The windshield wipers on my van would not turn off I checked and found power to them all the time from fusebox under dash.I replaced fuse box with a used one from same year model van with all numbers matching. Now everything on the van works correctly but van will not start . could this have to be reprogrammed? I am at a loss !!!!!!
