1998 Dodge Caravan I can't get three monitors to set

They changed this motor from a 3.3 to a 3.8 I bought this van. It sat for a year or so they put this 3.8 motor in it ran good for a while then threw a trans code. I had to put a trans in since all this and I can't get three monitors to set One monitor cat,egr, oxy sensore I changed the egr system and front upstream oxy sensor. When cold I idle car three minutes with everything on. I drive the car 50 mile per hour three minutes then slow to 20 mile per hour then 50 again for 5 minutes then slow to 20 mile per hour still the momitors don't set any idea what I should do? I have no codes set. Thanks if anyone can help
