The ignition control module is now an integral part of the PCM. Do you have any codes?

Hi Jacobandnickolas,
Thanks for the help. The code is P1391 ( Crank & Cam Sensor). The Van start right up.. Idle very smooth. When you come to a complet stop, the engine will shake like missing fire, Some time it will stall, but you can start right up. when you step on the gas pedal, it don't want to go untill acouple of second, Like a slip Transmission. Once the van is moving it drive fine. Is this Common on a 1997 Dodge Caravan with a 3.3 Motor? Please help if you can... Thanks...

Have you had the sensors checked or replaced? Also, when you say it feels like the trans is slipping, does the engine rev and then engage? Finally, have you checked the fuel pump pressure?

Let me know.

Hi Joe,
Yes I've replaced both sensor. and still do the same thing. But if either sensor fail, I thought it won't fire up. Is this correct? I also checked the fuel pressure, It's good. Yes.. The engine rev. and then engage. I thought it's the transmission but I man. shift it and its ok. Is this a common problem with this van?
Thanks,
Simon
