1997 Dodge Caravan horn and cruise control quit

dont know alot about van...grand caravan...one day everything was ok and the next ..the horn and cruise control quit working...cant find a fuse for cruise but the fuse for horn is ok...thank you for any help you can give...hate not having horn

no horn! o no how can we road rage without it.

sounds like a common symptom of a bad clockspring, it also has probably disabled your air bag if equipped.

steering wheel will ahve to come off because the clockspring is down in there.

thank you for info...figured it was something I couldn't do on my own...do alot but never messed with steering wheel...thanks again

not that hard of a job unless it has a airbag, then i dont suggest messing with it.
