I just received a car that has not been driven for 18 months. It was also never preped for storage. What do I need to do to it to get it back on the road?

check and change oil and filter
check all fluids
check brakes and tires
check belts and replace if needed
check brakes and check the brake lines for rust
check ,charge or replace battery
