A while back the van started sputtering and backfiring during acceleration, and the check engine lite would blink several times and then stay solid. After a while it went away but now it has come back and it won't go away. The van still seems to have good power, unless it sputters and it sputters only during acceleration. I was told it may be a vacuum leak, or possibly something more serious, like a cam sensor. Any ideas?
