I saw the 2carpros video on how to install front brake pads and rotors but I need to know everything about installing front calipers on my 96 dodge caravan. Is there anything I need to know about the brake line detachment, and how to reattach the lines. Do I need to bleed them, and how do I do that?Is there going to be any air in my brake line or master cylinders? This is the kind of instructions I'm looking for. I have an anti lock brake system also. If anyone can help me I'd really appreciate it.

If its a caliper that you are replacing
you need to remove the caliper hose at the caliper and install the new caliper then you have to bleed the system
after all back together (pads ,rotors ,caliper) ask a helper to pump the brake paddle for you and then hold it down ,open the bleeder let air out
repeat until no air coming out and have a good paddle
(do not forget to add and check brake fluid periodically )

need manual CHECK IT @
