I will need you to do an ohms test on the wiper park circuit. So you will need a digital multi meter and then simply unplug the wiper motor harness and check ohms between term 6 and 7 on the wire harness with the wipers in the off possition. Let me know what the ohms are. If this test good then we will move to the wiper motor then the body control module and then if need the A/C heater control module as any one of those can cause this too.
