Electrical problem
1995 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
Hi - '95 natural gas Caravan, 3.3L. The under-hood fuse blew that powers the engine electrical. One section of the 3-section distributor had overheated, and actually cracked. Replaced the distributor, ran well for awhile, then same section (plugs 3,6) overheated and blew the fuse. Cutting the wire feeding the 3,6 coil keeps the fuse from blowing. I rigged a good section of the old distributor to replace the blown section, that works for awhile and then the fuse blows. I've replaced the plug wires, but not the plugs. Any suggestions?
