1994 Dodge Caravan
My passenger side wiper arm does not work, I have the service manual and it says to pop off the cap that exposes the nut and tighten that up however when i popped it off it had another cap, kind of looks like a milk carten cap, instead of a bolt, I figure the nut is underneath that cap but, its stuck, I tried everything and it will not budge. know of any products or tools i can use to un stick it?
