Dear Sirs: I am a widow, and my younger daughter and her husband are letting me use the above van for my running around here in Longview, WA. My question is: the windshield wipers stopped working and I need to know if there is a fuse, or do I need to check into getting a motor for ths?

yes you have a fuse
also check under the hood for fuses and relays
