pep boys want to charge me 400.00 to install ingnition switch ,lock cyclilder ,it sounds to high for me is that to much.

It is expensive. But actually not a bad price. Its both parts and labor, it is not a quick job. I can't say its too expensive. I just hope that they give you a warranty on their parts.
