1994 Dodge Caravan 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

When I start to drive it hesitates like it does not want to take off, but it does. While i am acclerating it acts like it is jumpy. It is impossible to drive on the highway because my van does not want to drive over 50mph. I got a tune up but it did not solve the problem I also changed fuel injectors a few months ago, but it still isnt accelerating properly.
Thank you
