1992 Dodge Caravan flashers and turn signals

my flashers and turn signals do not work, checked both fuses and bolbs, all ok. was thinking it might be flasher relay. bought one but don't see where to install . please help

My info shows a combination flasher. If it isn't in the fuse box, look under the dash, driver side, there may be a relay block?
