1990 Dodge Caravan shifting

270,000 MILES • 6 CYL • FWD • AUTOMATIC

this transmission has only 70,000 miles on it, oil has been changed every 30,000, last oil change showed no gold or silver in the pan. Problem is transmission will not up shift from low, any ideas?

I would look into checking the Transmission Control Solenoid Transmission control solenoids can be used for torque converter lockup, shifting and lockup, pressure regulator control, and kickdown for passing gear. thank you
