I would like to replace the AC air filter on my dodge caliber and I would like to know where to locate it in order to replace it.

AC has no filter what are you trying to correct?

The is an odor initially when the air is turn on and it persists for a while or until I forget about it. For example if a smoker used your car with the windows up the smell still stays in for a while. I was wondering if there was a filter somewhere there that needed to be changed.

Some cars have a cabin filter but I was not finding one on your car. It maybe mold they uesd to make a spray called Frigie Fresh and it worked on odors. Try charcoal like bar-b-q place in car in container
