Hello there guys. I'am ready to purchase the one of the cars I have always wanted a 1997 dodge avenger. How ever in looking at the vehicle the previous owner told me that the turn signals are not working. I checked the fuse it is in tact, but still not working. Why is this and how do I fix the problem? the milage on the vehicle is about 150,00 miles. Thanks guys..
