Hi, I have a 1997 dodge avenger 2.0 with about 130000 miles. I recently replaced a broken serpentine belt that drives the ac and power steering unit. The belt runs and sounds fine when the car runs idle or when driven on the highway. But when the steering is turned hard the belt squeals loudly and the belt will even slow down or sieze when steered all the way to the limit. What can be causing this?
