Just bought a 99 avenger es and it has a infinity audio system in it. previous owner said the speakers didnt work because the amp was blown. After further inspection I got sound to come through the speakers but it was full of static and when seeking for a radio station it just kept seeking and wouldnt stop when a local station came up. I turned the radio off and then back on and it stopped producing sound all together again. So is this a issue with the amp or is it actually the head unit causing the issue?
