1998 Dodge Avenger Car will not start

Engine Performance problem
1998 Dodge Avenger 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

THe car will not start. I have replaced the 3 relays, have spark and can hear the fuel pump energize. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Check the fuel pressure if it's within specs. and also check if the injectors are pulsing.
