battery wont stay charged?

It sounds like you have a defective alternator which is allowing voltage to leak back into the winding, I would remove the wires to the alternator and then see if the battery goes dead.

I had the same problem I changed my alternator and the battery went dead, so I got a replacement and now the car works good again.
