I recently replaced the spark plug wires and the wire that is not attaced to a plug that runs from the distributor to another part (not sure what the part is called), but this part is loose, is it supposed to be bolted to the motor? It looks as though it had a bolt on it at one time and I need to see if I need to bolt it back to the engine. I assume it leads to the ignition but I am not sure.
