Low beams are very dim?

So, this happens when the IPC inside the fuse panel under the dash on the driver's side goes out, here is how to replace it and I have included the headlight wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. So, the IPS, that is integrated into the smart junction box has failed, and I will need to change out the entire SJB. What does IPS stand for?

The term IPS stands for "integrated power supply". You can check the voltage at the headlights to see if it has 12 volts at the grey wire at the headlight wiring connector to confirm the failure.

I changed out the smart junction box with no noticeable difference in headlight brightness. Do you have any other suggestions?
