Factory HID low beam suddenly dim

All other lights work. Not bad bulbs I already tried swapping. Checking fuses under the hood. All good except #49 which is for HID. Fuse not blown. Checked contacts without the fuse while engine on and headlight on, no power on #49. I cannot find a relay. Only relay is for DRL. Low beam on but not light up like before. Power to both ballasts okay.

Both headlights are dim, and they did this at the same time?

If that is the case, then we most likely have a control issue, but we need to start with checking the voltage that you are getting on each of the low beam circuits.

Basically, we need to find out if you are getting 12 volts going to the assemblies.

If you are then we have a different issue.

However, let's start with this and then take a look at the wiring diagram which will show the relay that you have for each side.
