Digital display on my instrument cluster has gone blank?

Thanks! These are the exact images I had seen somewhere before but could not later find. I thought removing the trim around the A/C vents and rear cover to the center infotainment screen would be straight forward but after removing all visible screws neither assembly is completely disconnected. Any instructions on the center infotainment screen and air vent removal?

Ken L. you are a lifesaver! When my display stopped working on me I had 2 dealers quote in a range of $3,200-3,800 in parts and labor to replace the display unit. Apparently, this is not an uncommon issue and pretty much and one might expect, usually arises outside factory warranty coverage.

After quite a bit of research I found a Canadian company called Kelowna Instruments that has a technician (Mitch) located in Washington state (509)244-6492. For less than $400 + shipping/insurance their bench can repair many issues with digital instrument clusters as long as parts remain available. With your diagrams to identify bolt and clip locations and using the correct trim removal tools (I did not break a single trim piece or clip) it took me @ 1hr. to break the dash down and remove the module. Will gladly come back once it is repaired to share my experience. So far it is well worth the expected savings.
