Occasionally, a W621 is lit up at the top right corner of the digital speedometer number (0), at start-up. It's only on for a moment!

This is a normal occurrence for your vehicles dashboard to display funny things at bulb check. I have included some information about this in the diagrams below. I hope this helps and please don't be afraid to ask more questions if the need arises.
