Looks like you have multiple serious misfires which means the engine is probably running pretty poorly.

Let's start with doing a compression check and going from there.

Also, please let us know what has been done and what happened to cause this issue. Did the engine overheat?

1. No over heating.
2. When it started I change the plugs a the adapters.
3. Used injection cleaner in the fuel tank .
4. But the problem goes off and on.
5. It displays driver mainstream malfunction.

When this happens, what exactly is it doing? Does it run rough or stall? Maybe getting a video of the dash when this is happening will help figure this out.
